The last two balance sheets with the attachments stipulated by the law and the balance sheets (2 annual balance sheets or one annual balance sheet + a mid- year balance sheet of the year in question – depending on the situation)
Last monthly balance sheet
Copy of the Registration Certificate from the Commercial Register and copy of the Fiscal Registration Certificate OR copy of the Registration Certificate
Copy of the Registration Certificate for VAT purposes
Copy of the legal status and contract OR copy of the Foundation charter
Decision of the Administrative Board / Shareholders Decision
Copy of the driving license OR passport ( any document signed in the presence of a notary – buying/selling, additional document, signature specimen etc.) for the person who will sign the leasing contract and for the persons who have signed the Decision of the Administrative Board / Shareholders Decision

Copy of the driving license OR passport (any document signed in the presence of a notary – buying/selling, additional act, signature specimen etc.) for the person who will sign the leasing contract

INDIVIDUALS

Financing request – standard form (the information of the solicitant as well as the husband’s/wife’s information required if necessary)

Net Salary statement for the last 3 month
Fiscal chart respectively global income statement for the previous year
Whole copy of the “work book”
Copy of the driving license OR passport ( any document signed in the presence of a notary – buying/selling, additional act, signature specimen etc.) for the person who will sign the leasing contract

Comments:

The guarantors can be legal or private entities and will have to present the set of necessary documents according to the category they fit into
The financing request doesn’t need to be modified if the structure of leasing has been changed after the risk analysis
As the case may be, VBL RO reserves its right to demand also other necessary documents for the analysis.
