Authorization in case of damages and copies of RCA, Casco

Has the vehicle suffered any damages?

In order to represent us in the relation with the insurer, we ask you to send the following documents, at the e-mail address callcenter@vbleasing.ro or the fax numbers 021 204 44 62 or 021 44 69:

1. In case the repair will be done through CASCO, than we ask you to send us:

a copy of the registration certificate of the vehicle
a copy of the repair authorization

2. In case the repair will be done through the RCA of the vehicle that generated the accident, we ask you to send us the following documents:

a copy of the registration certificate of the vehicle
a copy of the repair authorization
and a copy of the RCA agreement of the vehicle that generated the accident

We will issue shortly the authorization in order for you to be able to represent us in the relation with the insurance company.

In case you may need a copy of:

the CASCO policy or
the RCA

We ask you to access the module “ONLINE REQUEST”, section “INSURANCE”, from the VB Leasing Romania IFN SA website, and specify the identification data (user name, client code, leasing contract number).
