In case no VB Leasing representative has contacted you until now, so that you could open your fiscal role or in case you haven’t received you registration certificate, please contact us under the following numbers: - 021.204.4444 / 021.204.4400 / 0740.061.068 / 0740.303.309
It is very important to receive you registration certificate, approved by the Finance Office from the area where you have your headquarters, in order to be able to register the leasing object in due time.
Did you loose your registration plate / plates or your registration certificate? Was your registration certificate taken in by the Police?
1. If you will take care to pick up the registration plates or the registration certificates on your own from the Police, we ask you to send a written and stamped request at the following e-mail address: logistica@vbleasing.ro or fax numbers: 021 204 44 62 or 021 233 32 28. We will immediately give you the empowerment, with which you will be able to represent us in relation with the Police.

2. In order for us to take care of picking up your registration plates or certificate, please send us an e-mail at the following address: logistica@vbleasing.ro or fax numbers: 021 204 44 62 or 021 233 32 28, with the information mentioned bellow:
- A request with the users identification data and a copy of the registration certificate, in case you have lost the registration plates;
- Just a request, with the users identification data, in case you have lost your registration certificate.
Did you reach the end of your contractual period? Is the next step, the cancellation from the registry of the authorities?
After paying the invoices issued for the payment of the residual value, for the customs import rights or for the costs in regards to the closure of the contract (import), VB Leasing Romania IFN SA will offer you the full set of necessary documents in order to register your leasing object:
- Identity card
- Certification document original / legalized + Addendum
- Legalized DVI
- Registration certificate
- Fiscal certificate
We ask you to keep the invoice issued in regards to the residual value and also the payment proof, so that, according to the changed rule O.G. 51/97, these 2 documents prove the property right transfer of the object. The authorities in charge will ask for these documents.
We also ask you to make sure that the registration certificate is stamped by VB Leasing; this can be done in less than 1 min. at any VB Leasing Romania IFN SA location, from Mondays to Fridays between 09:00 – 18:00.
