Did you receive a payment warning or an admonition and need additional information?
a) If the payment of an invoice was delayed for more than 10 days after the due date, you will receive a letter of warning in which the outstanding sum is mentioned.
Please note that: the payments are registered in our records until the date which is mentioned at the bottom of the letter!
b) If the payment of an invoice was delayed for more than 28 days after the due date, you will receive a warning note together with an admonition fee of 13 EUR + VAT (at the exchange rate from that day).

c) If the payment of an invoice was delayed for more than 42 days after the due date, you will receive a warning note together with an admonition fee of 26 EUR + VAT (at the exchange rate from that day).

The outstanding amount is admonished (invoices with the admonition fee are issued) until the moment when the entire amount is received.
