VB Leasing Romania was established in September 2000 by the parent company VB-Leasing International Holding GmbH. VB Leasing is specialized in leasing for new and second hand vehicles, commercial vehicles and equipments for various industries.

The company celebrated in September eight years of activity, being one of the first 5 most important companies on the Romanian leasing market.

The VB LEASING team, made of over 150 specialists, has the main strategic objective to be one of the first 5 leasing companies on the market, objective held by all companies members of VB LEASING International, by developing a series of competitive advantages, starting from perfect professionalism and quality of the services offered to clients, up to flexibility, speed of reaction, receptivity at the clients' requests and creating complex financial products.

The business departments are divided in three large categories, being support by our national network of branches and point of works. To be closer to our clients, we continued to expand the territorial network of VB LEASING branches, reaching at the end of last year 13– Bucharest, Braºov, Timiºoara, Constanþa, Cluj, Iaºi, Craiova, Baia Mare, Sibiu, Oradea, Bacãu, Galaþi and Piteºti.

The sector of cars and utility cars is the most developed of the three companies, as the car leasing remains the most important sector of activity of VB LEASING. The sector of Trucks and Construction Machines is the second in importance, while the Sector of Equipments finances purchases of equipments for a wide range of industries – metal processing, typographies, wood, plastic processing industry, agriculture, health etc.

All the company’s activities are directed towards satisfying the clients’ financing needs. We have approximately 38.000 contracts in our portfolio of which 88% are held by financing vehicles and utility card, 9% represents financing trucks and building machines and equipments represent 3%.
