Management

Dear partners and clients,
                        
My name is Corina Portase and I am the Managing Director of VB Leasing Romania IFN SA.
Before joining VB Leasing Romania I have worked for the Porsche Financial Group. Although the separation from the working place where I spent 7 years of my professional career was difficult, I am glad that I took the decision to accept the offer made by the Volksbank Group, which has meant both a change in perception, of concept and strategy and benefic personal development.   
The departments for which I am responsible here are Risk Management, Monitoring, Client Service, Resales and Legal. All these departments make up a colorful mix of my working day, which I enjoy very much to paint every day. I think that we have here in VB Leasing a strong and stabile team, a team in which we feel good and where everybody can develop professionally and I am convinced that by respecting and trusting each other we will succeed in overcoming any difficult moment that might appear and we will enjoy together the success of the company.

Concerning my mission here in VB Leasing, I think that the risk policy implemented by us is first of all a healthy and fair on, whose rules provide a solid client portfolio, which is the element that mainly sustains our activity as leasing company. I wish to assure our clients and partners of the fact that all decision that are made will always be objective and honest, taking into account all information received, and that we will do all that is possible to create long lasting partnerships with them and to maintain the ones with our older clients and partners.


I am Liviu Serban and I took over the position of general manager at VB Leasing Romania beginning with March 2008. Here I am responsible for the Sales, Marketing & PR departments and I must admit, that although every day means a new challenge in fulfilling the set targets and promoting our company, the positive attitude of the entire team makes everything seam possible. Working in the sales area means, first of all being in direct contact with our clients and partners, taking the pulse of the market and being constantly in search for competitive solutions for them.

It is important to research and to get to know the consumer’s psychology in order to offer the best services, first of all oriented towards the client and which can differentiate one from the competition which never sleeps. The competition is in spite of that also the one which keeps you on track and motivates you to be better.

I like to think that the optimism that characterizes me is also valid for the team I manage and I am certain that this concept “everything is possible” will lead VB Leasing to the top of the leasing market.

In my professional career I have experimented jobs like marketing assistant, client service representative and even flight attendant. All these have made me the man I am today and have convinced me that my current position is the place I fit into best and where I wish to be. I want VB Leasing to develop more all financing sectors an to continue to be among the best players on the market, and this we will achieve by working together towards the same goal, being close to our clients’ and partners’ needs and by becoming the first financing option for our collaborators.
